Stormville Airport's 4th Annual Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival will be combined with our annual Wine Festival, and held on Saturday, September 19th from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm. The Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival will feature 12+ food trucks and more than 50+ craft beers, ciders, and wines. In addition there will be live music, exhibits, kids zone, vendors, helicopter rides and so much more.
We are currently seeking Wineries and Distilleries for the Festival who would be interested in providing specialty beers for our "timed tappings" which is a beer or cider that is offered in limited quantity to the attendees at specific times during the event.
New this year, we have several opportunities to be able to participate as a festival sponsor.

WINERIES & DISTILLERIES PROVIDE:
- Jockey boxes/taps & CO2
- Sample 2 styles of beer/cider
- 10X10 ft. tent with anchors
- Staff to serve beer/cider & answer questions
- Brand signage & booth decor
- Menu signage
- Any merchandise you wish to sell
- Certificate of Liability Insurance
- Copy of Marketing Permit
- JPEG of business logo
WINERY & DISTILLERY REPRESENTATIVE GUIDELINES
- Pour only 3 ounces of wine/liquor into attendees' tasting glass. Glasses will have a designated pour line.
- Please do not serve attendees who appear to be intoxicated. Alert management or security staff if necessary.
- Wine/Liquor shall be served only from behind the tables in the designated booth space.
- All wineries/distilleries representatives must be 21 years old, ID'd and have a wristband.
- We encourage the attendance of the Head Brewer or a staff member that can discuss your products in depth with Festival Attendees.
- Your Representative is not to leave the table unattended and should wear your company's shirt.
- Wineries/Distilleries will assist with advertising this festival on their social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), in their establishments, and websites.
