WHAT THE FESTIVAL PROVIDES

  • 6-foot table
  • Ice
  • Rinse stations
  • Tasting wristbands and souvenir glass for your staff
  • Marketing and promotion of your wine, cider and distillery at the festival, on our website and social media

WHAT THE WINERY, CIDERY OR DISTILLERY PROVIDES:

  • Jockey boxes/taps & CO2
  • 2-3 styles of wine/cider/spirits to sample
  • Staff to serve your samples and answer questions
  • Brand signage and booth decor
  • Menu signage
  • Any merchandise you wish to sell including bottle sales
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • Copy of your Marketing Permit
  • JPEG of your business logo 

WINE, CIDER & SPIRIT REPRESENTATIVE GUIDELINES

  • Pour only 2 ounces or less of wine/cider/spirit into attendees' tasting glass. Glasses will have a designated pour line.
  • Please do not serve attendees who appear to be intoxicated. Alert management or security staff if necessary.
  • Wine/cider/spirits shall be served only from behind the tables in the designated booth space.
  • Representatives must be 21 years of age, ID'd and have a wristband.
  • We encourage the attendance of the owner or a staff member that can discuss your products in depth with festival attendees.
  • Your representatives are not to leave the table unattended and should wear your company's shirt.
  • Wineries, Cideries and Distilleries will assist with advertising this festival on their social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), in their establishments and websites.
  • Wineries, Cideries and Distilleries will assist with promoting ticket giveaways at their establishments. 
  • Sales of bottled products should be labeled and sealed at the time of purchase. If you see a patron open the bottle at the festival, please reach out to a staff member.
